Vanessa’s practice focuses mainly on employment law, where she has accumulated significant experience in the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships, protecting the interests of clients (mainly companies and managers) both in and out of court. She also practices in domestic and international litigation and arbitration (as arbitrator as counsel) and in business contracts. Over the years, she has gained specific experience in the advertising, communication and services sector, assisting Italian clients and Italian branches of multinational companies.
