After having developed an extensive experience in primary law firms in Milan, he is of counsel at hi.lex since 2013. He focuses on restructuring and insolvency law, litigation and arbitration, corporate and commercial law as well as extraordinary transactions. He co-operates since 2002 with the Bankruptcy Division of the Court of Milan, providing advice and assistance in insolvency procedures. He advises and assists Italian and foreign companies on the management of complex distressed situations. He is a member of the Italian Association of Insolvency Studies (Società Italiana di Studi Concorsuali – S.I.S.CO) and is a board member of several companies.

Education

Graduated from Milan State University Law School in 1995. Admitted to practise in 2001, he is currently a member of the Milan Bar.
