Silvia focuses mainly on labour law, both in and out of court, assisting Italian clients and multinational groups operating in particular in the commerce, cosmetics, manufacturing and strategic consulting sectors. In this context, she has gained significant experience in the definition of overall contractual or organic relationships with company management, in the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships and in the management of labour law profiles related to extraordinary operations or outsourcing.

Silvia has also gained specific experience in commercial law, especially in the field of agency, procurement, distribution, franchising, commercial lease, as well as providing ongoing advice with regards to data protection, in a compliance perspective.

Prior to joining Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati, she was a senior associate at Visconti & Associati and, previously, at Baldoli Caccia Dominioni Law Firm.
