Serena is part of the commercial and corporate law department and works mainly on matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity (with a special focus on venture capital deals) and extraordinary transactions in general, as well as corporate governance, corporate affairs and golden power profiles.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked from 2009 to 2011 with Grimaldi e Associati law firm and from 2012 to 2015 with the Milan branch of Jones Day law firm. In 2016 she worked as Sapio Group’s consultant.
From 2017 to 2023 she worked as senior associate with hi.lex Avvocati Associati law firm. Since 2024, she has joined the firm.
