Melania is a member of the commercial and corporate law department and works in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as corporate governance, commercial contracts and finance market law.

Prior to joining the firm in January 2024, Melania worked from 2019 to 2023 with hi.lex law firm and, from 2016 to 2019 with Difino&Associati law firm.

In 2016 Melania won the XIV annual “Nicola e Leonardo Coviello” Law Prize.
