Marzia mainly focuses on commercial law, providing ongoing support to clients operating in the chemical, engineering, medical devices, packaging, hotel and spa, media, and advertising sectors.

She has gained specific expertise in commercial contracts, both national and international, with particular reference to distribution, agency, subcontracting, procurement, OEM, engineering and EPC (engineering, procurement and construction), research and development, licensing, sponsorship and branded content contracts. Marzia also assists her clients in relation to extraordinary transactions such as merges, acquisitions, corporate and contractual joint ventures.

She began her professional career in 1999 at the Leone-Bifulco law and tax firm, becoming a partner in 2006. After the firm split up in 2018, she continued her practice as a partner, together with Mr. Leone, at LM Law Firm, until joining Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati.
