Martino Liva

Martino is specialized in corporate law with a crosswise approach, with a particular focus on the startup phase and the structuring of investment rounds in startups and innovative SMEs, also in the context of the acceleration programs. He is involved also in private equity deals, with focus with minority investments, in corporate governance reorganization, in issuance of equity and quasi-equity instruments, and turn-around transaction with debt-to-equity swap mechanism. He serves as a mentor for several startup acceleration programs. He cooperates as editor with specialized journals.

Martino began his career at the Marchetti Notary Office. In 2014, he joined Ashurst, and between 2015 and 2021, he served as an associate and senior associate at DLA Piper, which included a 2017 secondment to the Brussels office of Assicurazioni Generali. From 2021 to 2026, he worked as a managing associate at CRCCD, where he co-founded the VC focus team. He joined Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati in 2026 as a salary partner.
