After having gained significant experience in some leading Milanese law firms from 1979 onwards, in 1989 he co-founded the Cera Cappelletti Bianchi firm. In 1995 he became a partner of Studio Erede e Associati. In 1999 he co-founded the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo (currently BonelliErede), where he remained until 2009, holding important positions. In 2011 he co-founded the Hilex Avvocati Associati firm, of which he was a partner until 2023. Since 2024 he is of counsel at Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati.

In over forty years of professional activity he has gained considerable experience in M&A and real estate operations, in corporate advice, in the reorganization of companies and of individual assets, also for the purposes of generational transitions and with a view to succession. He has been a member of the board of directors or board of statutory auditors of companies operating in several sectors.
