Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Cristina worked as associate in the law firm Toffoletto from 2002 to 2010, and afterwards as an of counsel for Negri Clementi law firm until 2018. In the same year she (with some of her colleagues) started to collaborate with Lexjus Sinacta (which then changed its name in Talea Tax Legal Advisory) at the beginning as of counsel and later, from 2020, as partner. In 2022 Cristina joined hi.lex as a partner until 2023. Since 2024 she is partner at Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati.
She is specialized in employment law and advises leading national and international companies on all aspects of employment law including restructuring processes, incentive plans, drafting of contracts, non-compete covenants, disciplinary proceedings, termination of employment relationship and litigation before the Italian Courts. She also assists executives and managers in any possible dispute which arises with their employers.
She also provides assistance with regards to agency contract.
She is a member of AGI – Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani and EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association.
