Claude works mainly in disputes, handled in the civil court and in arbitration proceedings (both domestic and international), where he acts as counsel and arbitrator. He has gained specific experience in the automotive sector over the years, advising the Italian branches of multinational companies operating in the production and marketing of motor vehicles, with particular regard to contractual advice in the field of distribution and legal assistance in proceedings on matters of legal guarantees of conformity and product liability. Claude also assists Italian and foreign clients operating in the fashion industry, with particular regard to sponsorship and brand licensing agreements.
