Chiara focuses on commercial and corporate law, with particular reference to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and extraordinary transactions in general, commercial contracts, as well as corporate governance and corporate affairs, also providing general assistance on both civil and commercial matters to Italian clients and multinational groups. Chiara has also acquired significant experience in national and international litigation (before ordinary and arbitral courts).

Prior to joining Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati, Chiara was associate of Visconti & Associati.
