Carlo is part of the commercial and corporate law department and works mainly on matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity (with a special focus on venture capital deals) and extraordinary transactions in general, as well as corporate governance and corporate affairs.

Prior to joining the firm, Carlo gained experience in law firms specialising in civil and administrative law and, on 2023 worked with hi.lex law firm, providing assistance to industrial and financial operators, both Italian and foreign, mostly belonging to the venture capital ecosystem (such as VC investment funds, business angels and start-ups).
